About Me
ABOUT ME
I've been providing childcare, in various ways and to various degrees, for over 30 years, including non-nanny positions.
Starting out as a peer mentor in elementary school and continuing through college, I gained a great deal of insight into a diverse population of varying ages.
I still continue being involved in mentor programs with school-aged children and young adults. I've branched into developing community programs as well, all of which is incredibly rewarding.
At 10 years old I began as a babysitter, became a camp counselor in my teens, and eventually worked as a religious schoolteacher in my early 20's.
Later, I moved into helping overwhelmed families in my spare time, assisting parents with daily childcare. While working at a Daycare I realized that young children weren’t able to truly be focused on and got lost in the crowd. My passion for children fueled my independent studies in everything child-related, and I eventually moved into nannying as my full-time career without looking back!
I love my career with children, and I look forward to the many more adventures I have yet to experience with it!
